Captain Sid Bryant... Islamorada Backcountry Fishing Guide
Captain Sid Bryant has been a Florida Keys fishing
guide for 30 years, a resident of Islamorada for 35 years. After
graduating with a history major from W.G.C., he moved to the Keys
from Georgia and has since dedicated his life to showing his anglers
the true beauty of the Florida Bay flats and the thrill of pursuing
the world class gamefish abundant in these crystal clear Keys
waters.
The most sought after fish in the Florida Keys
backcountry are Tarpon, Bonefish, and Permit. However, Snook,
Speckled Sea Trout, Mangrove Snapper and Jacks are also terrific
fighters on light tackle and are plentiful in Florida Bay.
Gamefishing and fishing for the fun of it are equally welcomed.
Catch and release is a compassion, that he and all
his longtime angler's have always practiced, however fish for an
evening meal can be caught for your dining enjoyment.
Captain Sid is dedicated to introducing serious
and novice anglers to the greatest scenic beauty and fishing
available in the U.S.; specializing in light tackle, fly fishing and
fly fishing lessons. Whether a first time fisherman or experienced,
each day is a learning experience and an adventure you will want to
repeat time and time again. Captain Sid believes in teaching his
anglers with patience and tolerance. Above all, fishing should be
fun.
